Enstrom’s humble beginnings in Menominee, Mich. 1959.

Pictured here are the first Enstrom employees following its incorporation in 1959. From left to right, Paul Schultz, Earl Chervenka, Dick Schmidt, Alb Ballauer, Rudy Enstrom, Rosemary Law, Ed Malek, Ernie Tykala, Bob Tessier, Jack Christensen. Schultz and Ballauer are credited with developing the unique Enstrom rotor head and control system.
