The Power of an Eagle...The Speed of a Falcon The F28F is powered by a Textron Lycoming HIO-360-F1AD piston engine, the same plant that powers the Enstrom 280FX. The Textron Lycoming is specially strengthened to handle the addition of the turbo-charger. The resulting system provides a full 225 horsepower all the way up to 12,000 feet.
